With the Rustler 2WD, Traxxas has perfected the formula for rugged, beginner-friendly fun. With a top speed of 56+ km/h*, the Rustler rips off-road rooster-tails with its powerful Titan 12-turn modified 550 motor and XL-5 Electronic Speed Control. The waterproof ESC and receiver allow the Rustler to blast through puddles, mow through mud and shred snow for wild all-weather fun. Your RC adventures are limited only by your imagination.

Titan Power, nimble driving

With the Titan 12T motor the 1/10 Rustler offers incredible performance that allows the car to really rip, yet is still virtually maintenance free. The integrated cooling fan pulls cool air through vent tunnels molded into the motor plate to keep temperatures down. A cooler running motor equates to faster speeds, longer runtime, and extended motor life. The XL-5 Electronic Speed Control offers high current handling, EZ-Set® one-button setup, and smooth high-frequency control. Once reserved for high-end replacement ESCs, the XL-5 comes standard with three drive profiles, low voltage detection, thermal shutdown protection, gold-plated connectors, and incredibly low resistance. The patented Traxxas High-Current Connector opens the door for unrestricted current flow with today's high-power batteries.

Delivered fully assembled - Just add batteries

The Traxxas Rustler 2WD 1/10 is delivered fully assembled with a Traxxas TQ 2.4 GHz radio system, painted and decaled body, pre-glued tires, and detailed instructions. All you need to get going is a Traxxas charger and your Traxxas 4-7 cell NiMH or 2S LiPo batteries of choice. We recommend the EZ-Peak range of fast chargers and batteries with a capacity of minimum 3000mAh for longer drive times between re-charging.

We recommend using Traxxas EZ-Peak Fast Chargers and Traxxas 8.4V NiMH or 2S LiPo batteries with a minimum capacity of 3000 mAh. To maximise speed and run-time get the Traxxas Power Cell 7.4V 5000mAh 2S LiPo Battery (requires EZ-Peak Charger). For beginners we recommend the Traxxas Power Cell 8.4V 3000mAh NiMH Battery.
