Tamiyas Comical cars are not designed not fast laptimes in mind, but (more importantly) for maximizing the amount fun, that can be had with an RC car.

The Tamiya Comical Avante is based on the 1988 super hit the Tamiya Avante, which was re-released in 2011. Still a great and entertaining RC car today, the Tamiya Comical Avante pays tribute to the legendary blue buggy.

This latest addition to the Comical model range comes with a prepainted polycarbonate body shell, allowing you to get out and enjoy the car even quicker. The car comes with a miniature driver behind the wheel, as well as bumper and muffler parts and two types of headlight to choose from.

The new chassis offers i wealth of improvement - but most of all, permanent gear-driven 4WD!

The four-wheel drive system combined with real CVA Oil dampers and double wishbone suspension offer superior driving characteristics both on- and offroad, while still maintaining the ability to pull insane, long wheelies. The built-in wheelie bar allows you to do your wheelies to perfection, no matter your experience level.

The Comical Avante kit includes a Tamiya 540-motor.

• An ESC. We recommend a Hobbywing QuicRun 1060.
• 7.2 volt NiMH battery pack and charger
• 2-Channel radio with servo
• x4 AA Batteries for Transmitter

NOTE: Must use round type stick battery pack. Square shaped batteries will not fit the battery compartment

Note: Bubble front tires from previous comical buggy releases are not compatible with this kit.
