The Ford GT models started back in the early 60s with Ford's goal of beating Ferrari at Le Mans - and succeeded in doing so four times at the end of the decade. As a tribute to the old Le Mans racers, Ford reintroduced the GT model in 2005 with the new Ford GT, which drew a lot of inspiration from the good old racers.

HPI has now launched a 2005 Ford GT 1/10 body in 200mm, suitable for 1/10 scale cars. The sticker sheet includes window frames, headlights, grill, taillights, logos and much more, giving your touring car an incredibly realistic look so it really looks like a real little GTer. Also included is a rear spoiler that you can mount if you want, so you can decide for yourself whether you want to go for the original street look, or a fierce GT racing car.

The body is 200mm so it fits most remote controlled touring cars - use wide offset wheels when fitting a 200mm body to a 190mm chassis.

Note: The pictures show a painted bodywork, but live unpainted. When you paint polycarbonate bodies, you paint the inside with cover where the windows are. When the paint is dry, remove the window covering and the protective film on the outside of the bodywork. We recommend Tamiya PS paint.
